Before you report
- Make sure Fawnwell is on the latest build (the app isn’t on the App Store yet — beta users, please use the latest build);
- Restart the app and try once more. For data issues, complete a full backup before reporting.

How many members / journals / medicines does the free tier allow?
Free tier: 2 member profiles, up to 3 journals per member (max 2 in progress), and 5 medicines in the cabinet. Existing data always stays viewable and exportable — quotas only limit new additions. Pro removes all limits.
Is iCloud sync free?
Automatic iCloud sync and uploading new cloud restore points are Pro features. Viewing, restoring, and deleting existing restore points is always free — getting your data back is never paywalled.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Three ways: sign in with the same Apple ID on devices where iCloud sync was enabled; restore from a cloud restore point; or import a full-backup .fawnwell file on the new phone (photos, audio, and transcripts come along).
Can Fawnwell give me medical or medication advice?
No. Fawnwell records and presents information only — it never diagnoses or suggests medication. Threshold alerts simply restate rules you set yourself. If you feel unwell, seek medical care and follow your doctor's instructions.
Do exported PDFs have a watermark?
Free-tier PDFs are watermarked; CSV exports are clean. Pro exports PDFs without the watermark.
